“Tavern Tribe” Guild

Who are we?
We in the Tavern Tribe are a group of likeminded players who aim to be an established CE guild. Ofcourse it takes time to build it,
we are currently in our 3rd tier together and we have been trough all kinds of trouble but still came out on top. We are a hardworking guild
with commited players who are like family. In our first tier we achieved 8/10M, with 9/10M on SoD (with sylvanas progress),
so its going in an upwards line. With our eyes on CE this tier. Its important to us that the atmosphere in raids is good.

Raidtimes are Wed+Mon from 20.00-23.30 Server time
Optional Raidday Sunday from 20.00ish untill xx.xx

Outside of raid we are active on discord having a laugh, doing keys, hanging out in general.

What do we expect from you?
- 100% commitment to attendance on scheduled raid days (aiming at 90% attendance overall as stuff can come up)
- The "Raider Mentality" (being ready to wipe 100+ times while maintaining motivation to continue)
- Vocal Participation (Have a working mic. Don't wait for something to be called, help out on mechanics, etc.)
- Prepare yourself (Know your class, spec, boss mechanics and group tactics before raid time)
- Personal Accountability and Awareness (Do not wait for the Raid Leader to call out what you need to do, and be ready to admit to faults for the betterment of progression)
- Be able to take criticism (During raid mistakes will be called out. Nothing is to be taken personally)
- A sense and understanding of dark humor
